When we soften into our heart’s whispers and let them guide us, I believe we are taken onto our right paths. One of my current mindset practices involves working on transitioning from a flight/fight state into a flow state. This is part of my desire to stop relying solely on my masculine energy and allowing my feminine energy to take the wheel.
My body has her limits and my mind sometimes needs to be cleansed from other people’s voices and opinions. On the flip side, if I’ve spent too much time in overwhelm I need a podcast or a sound bath meditation to drown out my negative self talk.
