Soul Swims

My friend asked me, “Do you know what to do when a wave comes?” I laughed it off as we walked into the water. Then, I was like “Um… actually no”.  I learned that I needed to dive under a wave when it’s too big and that I could float over it when it’s small.

My body fell in love with this rhythm. Swimming in the ocean provides me with a very tactile way to learn how to move with nature.

Being in the ocean is my favorite thing and continues to be my source of meditation and therapy for getting into my body and soothing my soul.
